If a verified order is not delivered within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery window, a full refund will be issued.
Any quality or quantity discrepancies must be reported at the point of delivery. Once the delivery note is signed, the order is considered accepted.
Verified refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original source of payment.
